These are the official Terms of Service of Rexora Reve — India's next-gen digital marketing company founded by Ritik Raj. These terms govern your use of all Rexora Reve services including Rex AI, our AI-powered business advisor, and all digital marketing solutions. All platform activity is secured by White Auth, Rexora Reve's proprietary Zero Trust security system.

By accessing or using Rexora Reve's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Rexora Reve provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), brand strategy development, content creation, web development, and AI-powered business solutions through Rex AI. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project shall be defined in individual service agreements or contracts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account on the Rexora Reve platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify Rexora Reve immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

All creative work, strategies, and deliverables produced by Rexora Reve remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Rexora Reve retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payments, shall be outlined in your Rexora Reve service agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may incur interest charges. All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract. Rexora Reve reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be subject to change based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. Rexora Reve commits to communicating any delays promptly. Client cooperation and timely feedback are essential for meeting deadlines. Delays caused by client response time may extend project timelines accordingly.
Rexora Reve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. Marketing results are influenced by factors beyond our control, and Rexora Reve does not guarantee specific outcomes or ROI.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement with Rexora Reve. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, pricing information, and proprietary methodologies. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our agreement for a period of two years.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately. Work in progress will be delivered upon receipt of payment. Rexora Reve reserves the right to revoke access to all deliverables, accounts, and materials until full payment is received.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or Rexora Reve services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction in India. We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
Rexora Reve reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Rexora Reve website or via email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Rexora Reve will not make unreasonable changes to terms affecting ongoing projects without prior written notice.
